Hi everyone!
My very first post on this blog is going to be the recipe for the first breakfast superbowl I made.
I wanted to start living healthier, and as you know breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day.
So there my journey began!
This is a superbowl filled with berries and nuts.
Ingredients:
- Yoghurt of your choice (200g)
- Blueberries (as many as you want) - fresh or frozen
- Goji Berries (as many as you want)
- Almonds (2 tbs - chopped)
- Pistachios (2 tbs - chopped)
- Coconut powder (2 tbs)
- Agave syrup or Honey (2 tbs)
- Mix the yoghurt, Ageve syrup/honey with the blueberries in a bowl and put the other ingredients on top.
- If you want another crunchy element in your superbowl, you can add some granola to the mixture
