This Superbowl is a great start for a beautiful morning, filled with a lot of delicious ingredients.
I used fresh coconut for this one, and home-made granola (You will find the recipe in a later post).
Ingredients:
- Coconut milk (2,5dl)
- Fresh coconut (10g)
- Mixed red fruits (100g + 1tbs)
- 1/2 banana (chopped)
- Agave Syrup (1tbs)
- Home-made Granola (as much as you like)
- Coconut powder
- Mix the coconut milk, chopped banana, the red fruit and the Agave syrup in a blender
- Pour the mixture in a bowl and sprinkle the remaining red fruits + the coconut and the granola on top of the mixture and finish off with some coconut powder
